Educating parents about protecting their children in cars starts right from the start.
Our Child Passenger Safety workshops at hospitals and healthcare centers teach new and expecting parents and healthcare professionals how to keep children safe in cars. We also provide free car seat inspections and distribute and install free child car and booster seats to low-income families in all five boroughs.
This program is funded with a generous grant from the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee.
